I was previously a draftsman and engineer for a major telecommunications company and then left the corporate world to concentrate on nurturing a growing family. I consider myself an entrepreneur and founded of several successful child-related retail businesses. I was honored to serve as the Director of American Heritage School for 10 years, and I continue to serve in positions of leadership with child, youth and sports organizations in the community. I enjoy teaching parenting classes, nursery school, and Sunday school and am a Certified Baby Signs Program ® Instructor. My husband Chris I have been married for 28 years and we are the proud parents of 5 successful adult children.

Kelly Kougias

Kelly brings a wealth of unique skills that accentuate our ability to recruit well-qualified candidates. She worked as a live-in and live-out nanny for many years. Kelly’s strength is her ability to act as both mentor and confidant to other domestic workers. She saw a need for an agency that catered not only to the families that they serve, but for the continuing education and mentoring of care providers after placement. Her experiences include working with at-risk and special needs children in both a professional setting and a volunteer environment, a day care instructor, a Unit Counselor in a youth treatment center, and as a volunteer in a program for at-risk students. Kelly also served a mission for her church in Connecticut. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, from Utah Valley University.
